An exciting original operatic dance creation of Chitravina N Ravikiran highlighting two stories of the popular elephant faced Lord Vinayaka

ABOUT THE OPERA

Vinayaka Vaibhavam is a grand operatic dance creation of Chitravina N Ravikiran. This multi language production was originally composed in 1999-2000 and performed to sell-out audiences in USA and musicals of it were very well received by audiences in India.

This concert showcases two stories:

Vinayaka Avataram which depicts the birth of Vinayaka which is presented by Guru Asha Adiga & disciples.

Nandi Shapa Vimochanam where Vinayaka helps Nandi get rid of the curse from Parvati. This will be performed by Taraangini School of dance with Guru Amirtha Candala & disciples

Besides, there will be an Invocatory Varnam and a climactic Tillana.
