Several types of services or goods are exempt from being returned including

• Downloadable software products,
• Donor or Patron Passes of concerts attended partially by you and
• Registration Fees paid to Melharmony Foundation’s Festival participation, camps, classes or courses you may have missed or attended partially due to no fault of the Foundation’s.  

However, if you believe that you deserve a refund because of any reason, you will be required to submit a receipt or proof of payment and cite clear reasons for your claim within one week of the transaction.  You will then be entitled to a full or partial refund based on the Melharmony Foundation’s assessment of the validity of your claim.
